"... I SANCTIFIED AND ORDAINED YOU A PROPHET UNTO THE NATIONS..." 22 Dec 2022

Raised from a family with no tangible Christian history, Kingsley Cezer was the first to accept Jesus Christ as LORD and personal saviour in 1999 

His new birth experience and its transformative burning zeal was visibly evident through his love for, and desire to "dwell in the House of the LORD all the days of my life". And so he would cycle more than 150km just to attend Sundays Church Services in the city. 

Years later, the LORD bridged the distance by replanting him to a nearby “Living Faith Church aka Winners Chapel”, Aba (where he served in the Evangelism Unit). 

He was into full time / active business before moving into ministry.

As it’s written, the path of the just is like a shining light, even so did the LORD his God lead him through a strait and narrow pathway of Christian discipleship under the hands of various spiritual mentors from Christ Embassy to the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Spirit Embassy, Kingdom Embassy etc. 

Over the years, he established a number of non-denominational prayer / cell groups centers in the City of Abu Dhabi, its suburbs and in the Islands of Das & Zirku -uniting and strengthening the faith of fellow believers from different nationalities.

To keep the fire burning, Kingsley Cezer started a daily prayer group in 2021, known as  “ALTARS ON FIRE Prayer Network” – where believers converge on Zoom from the hours of 9 to 10 pm GST- praying in the Spirit.

Then he LORD began to increase his testimonies, supernatural encounters and prophetic abilities with precise fulfilments- encompassing every spheres and activities of life, from politics to sports, individuals to governments, local and international events, etc. yet Kingsley  never pay any particular attention to the ones leading him to a full time ministry

For instance in 2018, he had a visitation of  two Messengers in white and blue apparels (of no earthly comparison in brightness and texture) who said to him 'We are from the Presence of the Almighty God. God is going to use you mightily if you keep your heart pure' before Him.

Also an Angel of the LORD appeared to him on 5th April 2019 and said "we are going to  preach the Gospel according to Matthew 19:26. Three and half years later, the same Angel appeared to him the second time on 2nd December 2022 commanding "It's time to preach the gospel according to Matthew 19:26 "FOR WITH GOD NOTHING SHALL BE IMPOSSIBLE";

Again, in December 2022, he was invited unto the realms of glory - standing inbetween two Angelic Beings, and was given a bible to open, find and read Jeremiah Chapter 1:5  which reads "Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations". Then said the Messengers: "THIS  IS YOU"

Two months later, the LORD in a vision on 20th February 2023, said, "30th June shall be the Convocation. 1st July shall be the first day (of service)" (afterwhich the hosts of heavens sang this song "Blessed be the LORD God Almighty, Who was, and is, and is to come. Blessed be the LORD God Almighty, Who reigns forever more"

That was how, when and why the Worshipper Embassy Church was born on the aforementioned dates in 2023.

Kingsley and Madame Julia incorporated their non-profit humanitarian organization (Tara Center For Relief) in 2015 after the LORD spoke to him clearly in a dream on 19 September 2012 to “Go, register TARA as a center for relief for the victims of violence, victims of war, victims of natural disaster”. 

He prophesied the Premiership of Mrs Theresa May of the United Kingdom weeks before she even declared her intension to succeed Mr. David Cameroon in 2016 (emails are still available)

He saw and prophesied the re-election of Mr Mohammadu Buhari of Nigeria and the sitting Governor of Abia State, Mr Okezie Ikpeazu in 2019. 

Also he prophesied the election of President Bola Tinubu in 2013 (Posted on facebook and blog page)

He had prophesied accurate scores of various local and international soccer events: 

The 2014 European Championship finals between Real Madrid and Barcelona to be 4 to 3. The 2021 EUFA Champions victory for Chelsea. Results of African Cup of Nations U-17 matches

And many of such events (on blog and facebook)

Milestone events in the ongoing Russia/Ukraine war. 

Records and testimonies of great wonders of supernatural interventions, deliverances and miracles in the lives and destiny of many abound.

Prophet Kingsley is married to his best friend and faithful companion in the work of the LORD, Mrs Julia Kingsley Cezer, also the last in a family of 7. 

She an embodiment of compassion and has demonstrated it by her active role as the Projects’ Director in their NGO, Tara Center For Relief.

Like the husband, she was very much consumed in their humanitarian works and was thus reluctant to a full time calling into ministry until the Hand of the LORD prevailed over their passion.

She is a woman of prayer, love and insights in the realms of the prophetic.

The marriage is blessed with great children.
